		<description>Hi -- I'm one of the fellows that wrote PriorSmart.  We'd love to get the Russian site to search (in Russian) the RUPTO.  Also, we'd like to replace the "popular" sites at the top of PriorSmart with the offices that are of greatest interest to patent searchers in Russia.  Any advice?</description>
